Nadim Ashi, the other co-founder of Marc-Henry Cruise Holdings, remains involved in the same capacity.

The company said Levine resigned from the board and has contracted to sell his interest in the venture to existing shareholders.

'As Mr. Pimentel and Mayor Levine embark on new endeavors, we extend our gratitude for their important contributions and wish them much success in their new ventures,' Marc-Henry Cruise Holdings said in a statement.

'We are beginning the search process immediately to select a new CEO to oversee our seasoned leadership team. We continue to build exciting momentum as we work with Four Seasons towards the launch of the inaugural voyage of Four Seasons Yachts in 2025.'

Contacted by Seatrade Cruise News, both Pimentel and Levine said the statement speaks for itself.

Marc-Henry Cruise Holdings had nothing further to share at this time.

Launched in 2022

Four Seasons Yachts came to light at the Monaco Yacht Show in 2022, causing a worldwide media sensation.

The first 190-passenger yacht had been ordered at Fincantieri in July that year, however the owner was not identified until the Monaco reveal. A second yacht was ordered in June 2023 for 2026 delivery.

Marc-Henry Cruise Holdings was established by Ashi, whose Fort Partners is a Miami-based, privately held real estate and hospitality development firm that owns the Four Seasons Hotel at The Surf Club, Surfside, and Levine, former Miami Beach mayor and a cruise industry veteran who founded Onboard Media and Royal Media Partners. Marc and Henry are the names of their sons.

Pimentel is a veteran luxury cruise executive who is the past president and CEO of Azamara, SeaDream Yacht Club, Cunard and Seabourn, and a board member of Virtuoso Travel.

Long-held dream

At the 2022 launch, Levine and Pimentel said Four Seasons Yachts had been a dream of theirs for more than 15 years, but until then the timing wasn't right for Four Seasons Hotels & Resorts.

By-invitation-only sales recently opened for the first yacht as a way of managing anticipated high demand for very limited inventory for an experience with a hefty $2,500 to $3,500 per diem.
