Lindblad Expeditions appointed global media and entertainment executive Pam Kaufman as a director, bringing the board to 10.

Kaufman is president/CEO of international markets, global consumer products & experiences for Paramount, the entertainment giant. She leads the globalization of operations, driving growth of the company's international business which includes a streaming portfolio, free-to-air broadcast networks in four countries and brands including Nickelodeon and MTV.

Kaufman also oversees the global consumer products and experiences organization, representing more than $6b in worldwide retail revenue. From SpongeBob SquarePants to Yellowstone, she builds characters into global, commercially brands that resonate with fans worldwide, while also extending into themed entertainment experiences from live shows to hotels and resorts.

Previously she was president of Viacom/Nickelodeon Global Consumer Products.

Kaufman will stand for election by Lindblad shareholders at the company's 2024 annual meeting.
