Lindblad Expeditions Holdings appoints interim CFO

Lindblad Expeditions Holdings appointed L. Dyson Dryden, a company director, as interim chief financial officer effective June 1.

He will hold the role while the company conducts a search to replace CFO Craig Felenstein, who's leaving effective May 31 to become CFO of Sportradar.

Dryden is a partner of BlackDiamond Financial. He previously served as president and CFO of Capitol Investment Corp., where he raised more than $13b of institutional capital and completed IPOs — one of those was Lindblad Expeditions Holdings in July 2015.

Effective immediately, Thomas (Tad) Smith Jr. will chair the company's audit committee, replacing Dryden in that role.
