Lindblad Expeditions taps new sales VPs from Hurtigruten, Silversea

Lindblad Expeditions expanded its sales team with two new VPs: Christine Stevens-Robinson and Rachel Woodward.

Robinson and Woodward will be responsible for strengthening travel advisor relations on a regional level and supporting the influx of those new to selling expedition cruises.

'Each has an impressive track record working in the expedition cruise space,' according to John Delaney, SVP sales and revenue management. 'We have never been more focused on supporting our dedicated travel advisors and fostering mutually beneficial relationships with new accounts.' Delaney's goal is 'building the strongest expedition sales team in the industry' and he said these new additions 'bolster our commitment to the travel advisor community.'

Christine Stevens-Robinson

Robinson most recently served as VP national accounts for the Americas at Hurtigruten since June 2018. Earlier, she had decades of director-level sales experience at Holland America Line, Seabourn and Carnival Cruise Line.

Rachel Woodward

Woodward joins after 10 years with Silversea Cruises, most recently as senior director, field sales and previously as senior director, expedition sales - North America. Earlier she spent nearly eight years with Crystal Cruises in roles including manager, national accounts.

Delaney's team

Robinson and Woodward will be working alongside Delaney’s other direct reports: Lesa Bain, VP North America sales; Karen Kuttner-Dimitry, VP affinity and charter sales; Jacinta McEvoy, VP global sales; and the recently appointed Neil Fitzgerald, director of pricing and revenue management.
