Lisa Lutoff-Perlo's book, 'Making Waves,' is available for pre-order

The book recounts the lessons Lutoff-Perlo learned over her four-decade career, starting as an entry-level salesperson and rising to president and CEO, Celebrity Cruises, and vice chairman, external affairs, Royal Caribbean Group.

The book's official launch date is Feb. 20.

In a LinkedIn post, Lutoff-Perlo said: 'The stories in "Making Waves" recount the highs and the lows, the ups and the downs, the successes and the failures, with lessons on how I navigated through them to achieve great success, great results and, most importantly, to become a better leader using smarts, heart and a heck of a lot of courage along the way.'
