Lyall Duncan moves up to general counsel at Windstar Cruises

Duncan is based at Windstar's Miami headquarters. He joined the line in July 2022 as assistant legal counsel.

Seasoned maritime expert

Earlier, Duncan served as in-house counsel for several cruise lines as well as founding his own law firm. He also was chief operating officer for MHG Insurance Brokers for two years.

Earlier positions included general counsel for The Ritz-Carlton Yacht Collection; VP & general counsel, Crystal Cruises; associate general counsel for Royal Caribbean; and general counsel, Seadream Yacht Club.
