She brings more than 10 years’ experience in the cruise industry, managing and organising ship operations in ports around the world. On a daily basis, she coordinates cruises carrying a combined 15,000 passengers, while negotiating with shipyards and suppliers.

Of her appointment Casas said, ‘I face this new project with great desire, it is a challenge for me, but with the confidence I have been provided with and the support that they [Transcoma Cruises] will give me, I am sure that we will be able to achieve the defined objectives.’ 

She went on to add, ‘With my experience in the sector, I will be able to provide Transcoma Cruises with an added value and a new vision. At the same time, I see it as a new opportunity to keep on growing in a professional level…’

Maite is a Colegio universitario de estudios financieros en Madrid (CUNEF) management and business administration graduate.
