Port and commercial development veteran Miguel Reyna, most recently with Cruise Saudi, joined Cruise Terminals International as chief development officer.

He will oversee the growth and sustainable development of CTI’s portfolio of cruise port projects globally.
CTI is a strategic partnership between Royal Caribbean Group and funds affiliated with iCON Infrastructure, an investment fund manager that develops and operates cruise port infrastructure. Recently approved projects include the US Virgin Islands' Crown Bay redevelopment and expanded pier infrastructure at St. Croix.
Cruise Saudi accomplishments
Reyna spent the past three years with Cruise Saudi as chief of asset design and development, identifying and developing marine and port infrastructure at key Saudi Arabian ports, including the Jeddah homeport.
Two decades at Royal Caribbean
Earlier, at Royal Caribbean Group, he was involved in the company's formative years of expanding its destination portfolio and ensuring adequate infrastructure to facilitate the introduction of the Oasis-class ships.
Terminal A at PortMiami
Over two decades, Reyna led several port infrastructure projects including Royal Caribbean's futuristic Terminal A at PortMiami, as well as the acquisition and development of cruise infrastructure at key destinations in the Caribbean and Europe.
He also spearheaded a pier at Royal Caribbean's CocoCay private island in the Bahamas. This facilitated the development of Perfect Day at CocoCay that the company has called its top-rated port globally and one that's able to handle multiple ships simultaneously, including Icon of the Seas.
