NCLH appoints Harry C. Curtis to its board of directors

Norwegian Cruise Line Holdings appointed financial analyst Harry C. Curtis to its board of directors.

Curtis was previously the managing director of Nomura Instinet, where he focused on gaming, lodging and cruise industry research from 2010 through 2020. His 30 years in equity research include managing director of Chilton Investment Co. from 2008 to 2010 and managing director of JP Morgan from 2002 to 2008. 

NCLH determined Curtis qualifies as an independent director.

Joins audit committee

He will join the audit committee, whose other members are David Abrams (chairperson), John Chidsey and Pamela Thomas-Graham.

As earlier reported, Chad Leat left the board effective Aug. 30. Chidsey will be stepping down effective Jan. 4, 2022.
