NCLH appoints Zillah Byng-Thorne as director
Norwegian Cruise Line Holdings appointed Zillah Byng-Thorne as a member of the board, increasing its size to eight.

Byng-Thorne is CEO of Future plc, a global platform for specialist media, and currently a non-executive director of Flutter Entertainment and TrustPilot Group plc. She brings significant technology sector experience, spanning online gaming, digital media and e-commerce.
She plans to step down from the Flutter Entertainment board before February.
Trader Media Group
Byng-Thorne was CFO of Trader Media Group, the owner of Auto Trader, from 2009 to 2012, and interim CEO from 2012 to 2013. Previously she was commercial director and CFO at Fitness First Limited and CFO of the Thresher Group.
Joins audit, compensation committees
Byng-Thorne qualifies as an independent director at NCLH. She was appointed to the audit committee, joining David Abrams (chair), Russell Galbut and Harry Curtis, and to the compensation committee, together with Curtis (chair), Abrams and Galbut.
