NCLH directors Chad Leat, John Chidsey are resigning

Directors Chad Leat and John Chidsey have notified Norwegian Cruise Line Holdings of their resignations from the board.

Leat's is effective Aug. 30 and Chidsey's Jan. 4, 2022.

Compensation committee members

Both are currently members of the compensation committee.

Leat, a retired vice chairman of global banking at Citigroup, joined the board in November 2015 and Chidsey, CEO of Subway Restaurants, in April 2013.

According to a filing, their resignations do not involve disagreements with the NCLH's operations, policies or practices.
