New VP global marketing role for Cunard's David Jones

Cunard appointed David Jones as VP global marketing & UK/EMEA sales.

Jones takes over the role vacated by Angus Struthers  who stepped down recently after almost 11 years with Cunard.

Jones has been at Cunard since 2017, leading B2C and B2B marketing, and brings a wealth of global marketing experience to the position.

In his new role Jones will oversee key areas of Cunard’s marketing and sales strategies, driving growth and strengthening the brand's presence globally while delivering sales strategies across Europe, the Middle East and Asia.

‘We are delighted to welcome David to our leadership team at such a crucial moment for our brand,' Cunard President Katie McAlister said. 'His experience will be instrumental as we continue to build our global marketing presence.’

The announcement comes one week after the naming of Cunard’s newest ship, Queen Anne.
