Oceania Cruises' Nathan Hickman moved to a new assignment as VP global marketing.

He reports to President Frank Del Rio.

Hickman has been VP trade engagement & guest experience for the past three years.

As for how Hickman's prior duties will be covered, a spokeswoman said the organization is 'currently working through the details of the new structure. All consumer and trade marketing and guest experience roles are under Nathan's leadership.'

Oceania Cruises' marketing was previously led by SVP Isabel Galvan, whose position was among those eliminated in December job cuts at Norwegian Cruise Line Holdings.
