Morgan is one of cruising's foremost destinations experts and a strategic planner with a deep understanding of operational details and the passenger experience.

Three decades with Princess

Announcing her move on LinkedIn, Morgan said she was just shy of her 31st anniversary with Princess. For the past 15 years, she has directed deployment and itinerary planning at the line.

Her roots at Princess go back to the ships, where she began as a New Waves' dive instructor aboard the original Crown Princess.

Takes up Tim Littley's former role

At Seabourn, Morgan takes the position previously held by Tim Littley, who went to Four Seasons Yachts.

Update: Seabourn's Robert de Bruin, senior manager, deployment & itinerary planning, returned to Holland America Line in a director role

Princess Cruises did not immediately respond to a question late Monday about how Morgan's former position will be filled.
