Promotions for Ana Karina Santini and Adam Sharp in rejig of Royal Caribbean’s destination development team
A reorganization at Royal Caribbean Group’s Destination Development team sees promotions for Ana Karina Santini and Adam Sharp.

As earlier reported here, Miguel Reyna left the company to join Cruise Saudi as chief development & asset management officer and as a result, Josh Carroll, VP and head of destination development, has reorganized the team into three groups leading the development projects and management of joint ventures: international (EMEA, Asia Pacific, Australia/New Zealand); Alaska/West Coast and Americas (US East Coast and Caribbean).
Ana Karina Santini moves to AVP International destination development, and Adam Sharp to director, international destination development, reporting to Santini who joined Royal Caribbean in 2012 working across port development and assets management EMEA. Sharp joined Royal Caribbean International in 2011 as head of port operations and guest port services Europe and Middle East and moved into destination development two years ago.
Other changes
Preston Carnahan continues as director Alaska and West Coast while TJ O’Sullivan, director Americas, will expand his scope and geography.
In other changes within the destination development team Karen Guerrero Medina has been promoted to senior manager, deployment and destination strategy, reporting to Carroll and covering deployment planning for Royal Caribbean International and destination strategy for Royal Caribbean Group.
