Archduke Géza von Habsburg, Fabergé’s curatorial director, will host the first 'Spotlight on Fabergé' sailing with a special optional pre-cruise London program
Regent Seven Seas Cruises and Fabergé collaborated to create two new spotlight voyages bringing travelers into the world of the iconic artist jeweler.

These will include small group master classes, exclusive access to intimate shoreside tours, jeweled egg demonstrations, lectures and screenings.

Pre-cruise London experience

There is also the option to book a pre-cruise land program in London that includes a visit to Fabergé headquarters, an exclusive shopping experience in Harrods, private viewing of the royal portraits in Westminster Abbey and more.

The two spotlight sailings will take place aboard Seven Seas Splendor’s June 13, 2023, 10-night Northern Europe cruise, hosted by Archduke Géza von Habsburg, and on new ship Seven Seas Grandeur’s July 1, 2024, 10-night Mediterranean cruise, hosted by Sarah Fabergé.

The 'Spotlight on Fabergé' sailings have been created in conjunction with the bespoke Journey in Jewels egg objet to reside aboard Seven Seas Grandeur, setting sail in November.

Géza von Habsburg

The first sailing will be hosted by Archduke Géza von Habsburg, Fabergé’s curatorial director and member of the Fabergé Heritage Council. Before the June 13 cruise from Southampton, travelers have the opportunity to purchase a two-night London experience with a visit to Fabergé headquarters to see rare and one-off creations. There will also be the opportunity to handle and view some of Fabergé’s loose gemstones.

The excursion will be followed by a visit to Harrods and an exclusive meal in Mayfair. Participants will also get a private tour of Westminster Abbey led by Lady Penny Mountbatten, who represents royal portrait artist Ralph Heimans, whose portrait of the late Queen Elizabeth II is on display at the Abbey.

During this Baltic cruise, von Hapbsburg will lead a Copenhagen excursion to Amalienborg to view the Royal Danish Collection before visiting the historic Rosenborg Castle. He also will host a private dinner in Kiel.

Fares start at $13,599 per person, with the London land program an additional $2,099.

Sarah Fabergé

The second cruise will be hosted by the great-granddaughter of Peter Carl Fabergé and director of special projects at Fabergé, Sarah Fabergé, a founding member of the Fabergé Heritage Council. It will sail from Civitavecchia (Rome) to Monte Carlo and is priced starting at $12,499 per person.

Program details will be available at a later date.
