Richard Branson officiates, kicking off Virgin Voyages weddings
Richard Branson helped three couples tie the knot during Virgin Voyages’ 'Celebration Sailings' last week.

The seven-day events headlined by Sir Richard and Boy George included poolside DJ sets, stargazing with Virgin Galactic astronauts and trivia with Virgin Atlantic visionarie. Plus, flying from the Caribbean to Europe, Branson 'officiated' a series of nuptials, kicking off wedding celebrations for Virgin Voyages.
Bookings open this fall
Starting this fall, sailors can book wedding packages that will first be available in April 2025. From the blue roofs of Santorini to the azure waters of Bimini, there are dozens of backdrops for couples to choose as their 'something blue.'

Dominican wedding daze
Brits Ben and Emma met on a dating app and got engaged in Las Vegas last year. They were married Sunday at The Perch aboard Valiant Lady, overlooking the jungle-covered hills of Puerto Plata.
At the altar in Amsterdam
Virgin Voyages crew members Alejandra and Matias were married at sunset Wednesday aboard Resilient Lady. After they met in 2018, Alejandra started working for Virgin in 2022 on Valentine’s Day, when the brand took delivery of Scarlet Lady. Following in Alejandra’s footsteps, Matias joined Virgin Voyages and the two were engaged on Resilient Lady in Santorini last May.
Sunset ceremony in Spain
As Scarlet Lady arrived at Ibiza Saturday, lovebirds Danny and Brittany shared tales of their seven-year romance before tying the knot against a backdrop of the island’s whitewashed villas, rocky cliffs and golden sunset.
