Robison, most recently VP at Crystal Cruises, will lead the North American sales and marketing teams in her newly created role at Paul Gauguin. Reporting to Navin Sawhney, CEO Americas, Ponant and Paul Gauguin Cruises, she is responsible for increasing awareness of the Paul Gauguin experience and driving bookings for the 330-passenger Tahiti-based ship.

Sandy Stevens is retiring

Coleman, who's been with Paul Gauguin Cruises for 14 years, will report to Robison in her new role. Previously the director of sales for the Northeast/Midwest regions, Coleman is replacing former VP Sales Sandy Stevens, who plans to retire at the end of April.

'Susan’s expertise in communicating a company’s brand story in compelling ways across all channels will help to raise travelers’ perception and understanding of the distinctive charm and boutique experience that Paul Gauguin Cruises offers, while Liz will continue to bring her extensive brand knowledge to the travel advisor community,' Sawhney said.

'While we are sad to say goodbye to Sandy, we wish her all the best as she retires, and we thank her for her years of dedicated service.'

Susan Robison's experience

Robison previously oversaw marketing and global communications for Crystal Cruises’ portfolio of global experiences as VP. Earlier roles include VP corporate communications for Prestige Cruise Holdings (Oceania Cruises and Regent Seven Seas Cruises), VP corporate communications for Burger King Corp., VP communications for Norwegian Cruise Line and VP Edelman Public Relations.
