Cassidy is leaving at the end of July after 13 years with the company.

She is credited with growing the CMIC business exponentially, along with developing Royal Caribbean’s highly successful Royal Incentive Rewards, an individual incentive cruise certificate program.

'Best in her class'

'I’ve had the pleasure of working with Lori for many years and I was thrilled when she agreed to join the Royal Caribbean team in 2008,' said Vicki Freed, SVP sales and trade support and service.

'I’ve always referred to Lori as my thoroughbred — she has always been best in her class. She is considered an industry icon in the corporate meetings, incentives and charters market.'

Freddy Muller

Muller joins with 28 years of experience as a charter and incentives sales professional. Most recently, he served as VP charter and incentive sales at Silversea, where he fostered sales growth year after year. Muller strengthened partnerships within the MICE sector and developed international markets in Brazil, Italy, Thailand and Mexico.

Prior to Silversea, he was director of charter and incentive sales at Norwegian Cruise Line. He began his career in group sales at Celebrity Cruises.

'Freddy’s drive for success and creativity, along with his proactive approach, make him the perfect fit for this role,' Freed said. 'I’m confident that his knowledge and expertise will ensure the continued success of this valuable segment of our company.'
