Stella David takes over from Russell Galbut as NCLH chair
Stella David, a director at Norwegian Cruise Line Holdings since 2017, succeeded Russell Galbut as chair.

David is currently interim CEO of Entain, a sports betting and gaming group in London. Earlier she was interim CEO of C&J Clark, an international shoe manufacturer and retailer. She spent nearly seven years as CEO of William Grant & Sons, an international spirits company, and held senior roles at Bacardi, including SVP and chief marketing officer and CEO of the UK, Irish, Dutch and African business.
Prior board roles were with Domino's Pizza Group, Vue International, HomeServe, C&J Clark and Nationwide Building Society.
David is a member of NCLH's technology, environmental, safety & security committee and chairs the nominating and governance committee.

Russell Galbut chaired NCLH since 2018
Galbut had chaired NCLH since 2018. According to a filing, his resignation did not involve a disagreement with the company on any matter relating to operations, policies or practices.
NCLH thanked him for his services.
The managing principal of Crescent Heights, one of America’s largest condominium developers, Galbut had been a director of Prestige Cruises International (the parent of Oceania Cruises and Regent Seven Seas Cruises) from 2005 until NCLH's acquisition of Prestige in 2014.

Besides Stella David, other NCLH directors are Harry Sommer, David Abrams, retired Rear Adm. Mary Landry, Harry Curtis, Zillah Byng-Thorne and José Cil.
