His last day is Aug. 11.

Five years in the Carnival family

Over the past five years, Borzone has held a number of key positions, first with Carnival Corp., then Holland America Group, before transferring to Princess Cruises early this year.

'Stefano was responsible for managing important port operations and development projects and played a key role in our resumption of service across the fleet,' said Remco Buis, SVP maritime, port strategy and operations.

He added that Borzone made a positive impact and thanked him for his contributions.

Wilkin Mes steps up

Wilkin Mes, who joined Princess in June as VP global port operations, will assume overall leadership of port operations and will be a key member of the port development team. He'll report directly to Buis.
