Seward, who was head of joint business for British Airways, has transferred from the UK to Sydney where he will establish a support team to develop brand awareness across Asia, Australia and New Zealand.

Importance of Asia Pacific

He will report to Kristian Anderson, SVP of global sales, who said Seward’s appointment underscores the strategic importance of the Asia Pacific market.

‘Immense interest has already been demonstrated in this diverse region, one that shares a passion for the ultra-luxury yachting experience offered by The Ritz-Carlton Yacht Collection,’ Anderson said.

Seward is in place for the introduction of the company’s third yacht Luminara, which will debut in July next year and embark on an inaugural season in Asia Pacific.

Luminara will make 10 journeys across Asia Pacific to 28 ports in 10 countries between December 2025 and May 2026.
