Legendary Motown group The Temptations will perform aboard a nostalgic 6oth anniversary voyage for Princess Cruises.

The 14-day Mexican Riviera sailing aboard Royal Princess is set to depart Dec. 6, 2025,  from the Port of Los Angeles. It will call at some of the same ports as Princess Patricia's Dec. 3, 1965 inaugural sailing. Destinations include two overnights in Cabo San Lucas and Puerto Vallarta, plus visits to Loreto, Manzanillo and Mazatlán.

'My Girl's' 60th anniversary, too

To launch marketing for the trip, The Temptations on Sunday performed one of their hits, 'My Girl,' aboard Discovery Princess, giving a preview of the entertainment planned for the milestone cruise. 'My Girl," released in December 1964, topped the US charts in 1965, making another 60th anniversary milestone.

Princess Cruises Celebrations Ambassador Jill Whelan, known for her role as Vicki Stubing in 'The Love Boat,' was on hand for the announcement and will host the cruise.

Further events and special guests are to come soon, along with other 60th anniversary activities.
