Special guests will be Michael Bayley, president and CEO, and Nick Weir, SVP entertainment, Royal Caribbean International.

Royal Caribbean's Freed, SVP sales, trade support & service, started 'Coffee Talk' to communicate directly with travel partners three years ago.

'I never intended for it to be long-term fixture of my communication channels,' Freed said. 'But the continued overwhelmingly positive support and enthusiasm from travel advisors who look forward to this series inspires me to keep the percolator going,'

4,000 travel advisors, on average, tune in

Each episode reaches an average of 4,000 travel advisors.

'Every moment has been a blast, welcoming a new or returning fan-favorite barista to help me share the latest industry and Royal Caribbean news, protocol updates, evolving selling techniques, games and booking incentives, and just connect with our valued travel partners through Q&A and good old-fashioned conversation,' Freed said.

Co-host and supporters

'Coffee Talk' is co-hosted by Renee Didier, senior manager, Royal sales training, and supported by sales trainers Stacey Martin (lead), Jackie Diaz, Marissa Olsavsky and Mari Liptak.
