Riley helmed the expansion of the company’s UK-based sales team and the development of emerging regions like Australia. Diorio’s increased scope over the years was substantiated by assuming the entirety of North American field sales and managing relationships with key partners like the American Society of Travel Advisors and Cruise Lines International Association.

'Over the past several years, Shane and John have demonstrated the ability to produce strategic partnerships and achieve tremendous growth for the company,' said Virgin Voyages' Diana Block Garcia, SVP revenue, sales and itinerary.

Valiant Lady and Resilient Lady ahead

Scarlet Lady entered service in 2021, and Valiant Lady and Resilient Lady are scheduled to debut in the spring and summer, respectively, in Europe. Valiant will enter service in March at the UK's Portsmouth before repositioning to Barcelona and Resilient Lady will start sailing in August from Piraeus.
