Odyssey of the Seas is the largest cruise ship ever to have called at the port
Bodrum rounded off the cruise season with 100,000 passengers over 101 calls, the last being from Costa Cruises' Costa Venezia, which visited the port 15 times throughout the period.

Aziz Güngör, director of Eastern Mediterranean ports, Global Ports Holding, said: ‘Bodrum has proven its position as one of Turkey's high-potential main ports this year, with its location, the domestic and international airport terminal providing strategic flight routes, and the high bed capacities provided by its hotels. We believe it will continue to prove its position strongly in the year 2023.’

Homeporting operations

Royal Caribbean’s Odyssey of the Seas called for the first time — at 347 meters long, the largest ever welcomed by Bodrum. Norwegian Cruise Line’s Norwegian Jade, TUI Cruises’ Mein Schiff 5 and Mein Schiff 6, Azamara Journey and Azamara Pursuit were among the other vessels to have arrived.

Bodrum Cruise Port attributes 15,000 passengers and 21 cruises to Anex Tours, whose Blue Sapphire homeported there.
