High-speed rail provider Brightline opened ticket sales for its Orlando, Florida connection.

While final preparations are being made for the grand opening, tickets between South Florida (Miami, Aventura, Fort Lauderdale, Boca Raton, West Palm Beach) and Orlando are on sale for late summer through early 2024. These may be purchased at gobrightline.com or by downloading the app.

An official opening date and inaugural rides will be announced after Brightline has completed required testing.

'Seamless connection' for cruisers

'Brightline’s new Orlando service provides a seamless connection for the cruising public from Central Florida sailing from Port Everglades. High-speed rail is efficient and the perfect start to carefree vacation,' said Jonathan Daniels, CEO and port director, Port Everglades.

One-way Orlando-Miami fares start at $79 for Smart and $149 for Premium (including meals, snacks and beverages, a dedicated first class lounge, free checked luggage, priority boarding and a dedicated coach). Groups of at least four save 25% on Smart fares.
