Celestyal Crystal sailing Greece amid line’s restart
Celestyal Cruises’ Celestyal Crystal resumed operations June 12 with its seven-night ‘Idyllic Aegean’ itinerary from Athens, calling Kusadasi, Rhodes, Santorini, Lavrion, Mykonos, Milos and Crete.
A ‘difficult, challenging year’
‘Following a most difficult and challenging year, we are beyond thrilled to be welcoming guests back on board,’ said Chris Theophilides, CEO, Celestyal Cruises. ‘This was no small task and is due to the unwavering dedication and unified teamwork of the Celestyal team, both shoreside and on board, as well as the support from our strategic partners, both large and small.’

Celestyal Olympia sailing in late June
Celestyal Olympia will sail its seven-night ‘Legendary Archipelago’ itinerary round trip from the line’s dedicated terminal at Lavrion Port and Marina, Athens from June 28 to August 30. It will call Thessaloniki, Mykonos, Santorini, Agios Nikolaos, Rhodes and Limassol.
From August 30, the vessel will operate three- and four-night Iconic Aegean and Iconic Discovery itineraries from Lavrion Port and Marina for the remainder of the season.
Bringing back ‘a sense of normality’
