Costa Cruises reveals further 2022/23 itineraries

Mediterranean

Costa Toscana will debut in the Mediterranean in May 2022, offering one week Italy, France and Spain sailings with a long call in Ibiza. Costa Smeralda will also offer week-long cruises in the western Med, in addition to Costa Pacifica, which will sail Italy, France and Spain.

Costa Deliziosa will traverse the eastern Med, including the Greek islands, with a day and night call in Mykonos; Costa Luminosa will visit the Greek islands and Croatia, and Costa Magica will sail Greece and Malta.

Northern Europe

Costa Fortuna will sail two-week cruises to Iceland – as well as to Ireland, Scotland and England. 

Costa Favolosa and Costa Diadema will each sail one-week cruises to the Baltic capitals, calling three days in Stockholm and two in St. Petersburg, as well as the Norwegian fjords.

12-day itineraries up to the North Cape and nine days in the Baltic Sea will occur via Costa Fascinosa.

Winter season

Costa Magica will offer two-week cruises to the Canary Islands and the Azores during the winter 2022-23 season, with Costa Diadema visiting Greece and Turkey, or Israel and Egypt.

Costa Smeralda will continue to sail the western Med, joined in autumn by Costa Luminosa and Costa Fortuna, offering short cruises.

Also in autumn, Costa Fascinosa will visit Portugal and Spain, and Costa Favolosa will sail Morocco.

South America, UAE, world cruise

Costa Luminosa will embark on two 50-day cruises from Genoa to Buenos Aires and from Buenos Aires to Genoa, sailing the Amazon. New proposals for South America are still to be announced.

Costa Deliziosa will instead begin its world tour on January 11, 2023 from Savona, journeying to Europe, Asia, Africa and America.

One week itineraries in the United Arab Emirates, Oman and Qatar, plus three different one-week itineraries in the Caribbean islands are also available.

Bookings open in travel agencies today and online from April 12.

May restart

Last month, Costa Cruises moved back its restart to May in light of travel restrictions.

The cruise line plans to resume cruising with enhanced safety protocols.
