Costa unveils 2023 loyalty club-dedicated cruises

For C Club members, the most inaccessible fjords can be explored by speedboat in Stavanger, while Lofoten can be discovered by kayak in the evening
Costa Cruises announced two loyalty club cruises featuring Norway and the Lofoten Islands in June and Morocco and Tunisia in September.

Costa Favolosa will operate both 14-day itineraries, which will Involve a programme of activities for those in the C Club, such as exclusive gastronomic experiences, new excursions, shows, themed parties, surprises and special guest appearances.

Norway and Lofoten Islands

The Norway and Lofoten Islands cruise commences June 25 and includes calls in: Ijumiden, The Netherlands; Stavanger, Molde, Andalsnes, Bodo, Narvik, Leknes (one-and-a-half-day call,) Trondheim, Maloy in Norway; Bremerhaven, Germany.

New, specially designed shore excursions will be available to experience Norwegian traditions like a local and which go hand in hand with information from an on board travel expert, who will share anecdotes and curiosities to bring passengers closer to the culture.

For C Club members, the most inaccessible fjords can be explored by speedboat in Stavanger, while Lofoten can be discovered by kayak in the evening. From Åndalsnes, they may choose a tour to an alpine hut to taste typical Norwegian products and attend a Viking festival in Trondheim.  

On board, chefs Bruno Barbieri and Ángel León will deliver demonstrations and serve brand-new dishes: León will focus on cuisine linked to the sea, while Barbieri will look at sustainable gastronomy and avoiding waste. Other taste-related events will be found on board, and local culinary traditions will feature.

Every evening there will be a party, and shows and performances by internationally renowned artists. The dIRE sTRATO cover band, for example, will offer a musical journey to the sound of iconic British rock band Dire Straits. Themed parties and competitions will also take place.

Morocco and Tunisia

As well as calls in Morocco and Tunisia, Costa Favolosa will call at: Savona, Civitavecchia/Rome, Palermo in Italy; Tunis, Tunisia; Cartagena, Cadiz, Malaga, Barcelona in Spain; Tangier and Casablanca (one-and-a-half-day call) in Morocco; Marseille in France. 

During the sailing, kicking off September 23, passengers will be able to encounter art, ancient ruins, beaches, markets, traditions and flavourful food.
