Travelers will be able to visit Machu Picchu, the Galápagos and Iguassu Falls on these tours as part of Queen Victoria's 78-night 'South America Discovery' roundtrip Southampton. It embarks Jan. 9, 2025.

The voyage will call at iconic destinations such as Buenos Aires, Rio de Janeiro, Patagonia, the Chilean fjords, Callao and Salvador.

Machu Picchu

A four-day overland trip into the Peruvian Andes features a train journey to Machu Picchu with visits to a village of flowers for a personal encounter with the Quechua-speaking locals, the fortress of Sacsayhuaman and sacred site Koricancha.

The Galápagos

A five-day Galápagos Islands adventure includes two days on a boat exploring a variety of islands and ends with a visit to Twin Craters in the highlands of Santa Cruz Island.

Iguassu Falls

A four-day journey to Iguassu Falls includes a panoramic tour of Salvador and white water rafting, helicopter trips over the Iguassu gorge and jungle treks to view wildlife. This is followed by visits to both the Argentinian and Brazilian sides of the falls for scenic walks.

Shore excursions

Shore excursions include city tours in Salvador, Lima, Rio de Janeiro and Buenos Aires (with a tango show), a sunset schooner cruise along Rio's coastline, an off-the-beaten track tour through the Atacama Desert to Codpa Village for a walking tour and, in Ecuador, a tour from Manta to Montecristi, where toquilla straw Panama hats are made.
