Dream Cruises kicks off 2021 Taiwan itineraries with new immersive experiences

Following Explorer Dream’s Taiwan island-hopping itineraries which debuted last July, Dream Cruises is set to repeat the program this spring and summer adding new themed cruises ranging from Bohemian lifestyle to wellness and photo shoots at sea.

Explorer Dream is offering special Mazu Festival sailings throughout April, where guests will have the chance to visit the Penghu Tianhou Temple, Kinmen Jincheng Tianhou Temple and Magang Mazu Temple in the same voyage. 

From now until April 29, Bohemian lifestyle themed cruises feature an afternoon picnic tea on deck, a Boho Bazaar including busking performances, arm painting, handicraft workshops and tarot card games, as well as Bohemian-style food.

Another highlight of the island-hopping itinerary is the annual Penghu International Fireworks Festival, which will return this year from April 22 to June 28. Passengers can view the landside firework displays from on deck.

Pre-wedding photo shoots
Pre-wedding photography trips overseas was trending prior to the pandemic. Dream Cruises offers Bridal Portraits at The Palace package on Explorer Dream, where guests can make the most out of the wide variety of indoor and outdoor settings on the cruise ship, as well as the natural backdrop of the Taiwan Strait.  The package includes 2-night accommodation in the Palace Suite, professional photography service and rental of three bridal gowns, with selections from some of the most coveted bridal designer brands such as Pronovias and Vera Wang. 

Thai-themed cruises
Throughout May and June, the program highlights Thailand themed cruises, as well as the Taiwan debut of Dream Cruises’ signature wellness program Vitamin Sea & Dream combining exercise, nutrition and immunity-boosting workshops, yoga classes, and workouts with professional tutors. 

Wellness focus

Peeta, the renowned fitness guru and YouTuber also known as Peeta Gege in Taiwan, will make his cruise debut with Eat Well & Get Fit at sea, where he will share his best tips from his personal journey to fitness, and  transformation of trimming down to only 8% body fat in 2,000 hours.

Guests can also develop a new healthy eating habit at workshops with professional nutritionist Che Chun, as well as immunity boosting recipe and detox beverage demonstrations by the Dream Cruises culinary team.
