They'll be offered this coming season with the new Explora II scheduled to arrive in the region in November and Explora I in December.

Just two to 25 participants

'From snorkeling with a marine biologist in Curaçao to exploring the ancient Mayan city of Uxmal, every experience has been carefully crafted to showcase the true spirit of the Caribbean,' said Koray Savas, VP hotel operations, Explora Journeys. They are tailored for small groups of two to 25 participants, allowing for 'more intimate exploration and the chance to discover hidden spots at a relaxed pace.'

Snorkeling in Curaçao

At Willemstad, Curaçao, travelers can snorkel in Director's Bay, encountering abundant marine life, and learn from a marine biologist about his foundation’s work to restore endangered coral reefs. The journey continues aboard the Pura Vida yacht and visits mangrove-lined reservoir, accessible only by boat, for hiking and swimming.

At Saint-Pierre, Martinique, travelers can discover Martinican rum culture at Rhum Clément, the birthplace of 'rhum agricole.' This includes a guided visit to the estate and its gardens, a tour of three rum cellars and a rum pairing with food.

A relaxing day at the five-star Rosewood Le Guanahani resort in Gustavia, St. Barts includes a three-course meal on the beach, lounging in luxury and snorkeling in the sea.

Uxmal and hacienda lunch

From Mexico's Progreso, travelers can journey to the ancient Mayan city of Uxmal, with a lunch of regional specialties in the open air of nearby Hacienda Xocnaceh's church and partake in a Mayan purification ceremony.

And Explora Journeys offers an exclusive flight to Chichén Itzá from Cozumel, arriving before the daily influx of visitors for a more intimate and immersive experience led by a guide.
