Cruise line executives alongside leading authorities in cruise, destination marketing and shore excursion development will put their skills to the test as they create the ideal destination experience based on unseen circumstances put before them.

The Destination Design Workshop, taking place September 27 from 2:30 p.m. to 4:30 p.m. at Seatrade Cruise Global sees the panel embark on a journey to the fictitious Optimus Bay in Paradisia where they must formulate ideas to produce a standout cruise experience.

Participants will add their suggestions, facilitated by the IDEAS and Bermello Ajamil & Partners team, who will aggregate and refine the Destination Design Workshop outcomes into a prescriptive ‘Experience Design Brief for Optimus Bay.’

It will be shared with participants to use as a prompt for composing their own ideas.

The deadline to sign up for the highly-collaborative, in person event is September 24.

With a restricted number permitted, a draw to determine the successful participants may be required.

Participants are expected to be present for the entirety of the Destination Design Workshop.
