Lyttelton Port Company to partner NZCA 2020 conference

The New Zealand Cruise Association has announced that the Lyttelton Port Company has come on board as a partner for its 2020 conference in Christchurch.

LPC will host a visit to the new purpose-built cruise berth under construction in Lyttelton Harbour which is due to open in November 2020.

As previously reported, large ships have been unable to berth at Lyttelton, the gateway to Christchurch, since the February 2011 earthquake.

The agm of the NZCA will be held in the Christchurch Art Gallery on Thursday, August 20 and the Christchurch Town Hall has been chosen for the conference on Friday, August 21.
