Days-long deluge

South Florida has been under a deluge this week, with air travel disrupted and drivers stranded on flooded streets and highways. 

Gov. Ron DeSantis declared a state of emergency across five counties.

A spokesperson said Carnival Cruise Line had nothing to share about whether passengers may be missing travel due to flight issues or difficulty driving to the ports.
