MSC Poesia and Silver Moon call Porto Cruise Terminal

At Porto Cruise Terminal, plaque exchange ceremonies were held for the arrival of MSC Cruises’ MSC Poesia on May 6 plus Silversea Cruises’ Silver Moon a day later.

MSC Poesia

The 294-mtr-long by 60-mtr-high MSC Poesia, which has capacity for more than 3,000 passengers, called Leixões as part of a 14-day voyage from Civitavecchia (Rome) to Warnemunde (Rostock), Germany. It arrived with more than 1,400 passengers onboard as part of an itinerary that includes Genoa, Italy, Marseille, France, Barcelona, Spain, Lisbon, Portugal, Ferrol, Spain, Southampton, UK, Le Havre, France, Gothenburg, Sweden and Copenhagen, Denmark.

Silver Moon

Silver Moon arrived carrying 500 passengers onboard, mostly North Americans and Brits, as part of a 12-day voyage from Lisbon to Southampton. In addition, the ship’s itinerary comprised Saint-Jean-de-Luz, Bordeaux, Saint-Malo, Rouen and Honfleur, France.
