On July 3, MSC Seaview embarked on its first seven-night Baltic Sea cruise of the season from Kiel, where it will homeport through to early October.
German and international passengers will visit Sweden’s Visby, Nynäshamn and Stockholm and Tallinn, Estonia with MSC Cruises’ protected shore excursions available at all ports.
MSC Seaview is the seventh of the line’s ships to resume sailings with a further three preparing to start operations; half of the MSC Cruises’ fleet should be back at sea by the end of summer.
Marseille added to West Med itinerary
Marseille has been added to MSC Seaview’s sister ship MSC Seaside’s West Mediterranean itinerary.
Five MSC Cruises’ ships are currently sailing in the Mediterranean: MSC Grandiosa, MSC Seaside, MSC Orchestra, MSC Splendida and MSC Magnifica.
Operations in the Caribbean
From August 2, MSC Meraviglia will resume Caribbean cruises from Miami and will be joined in the region by MSC Divina from September 18, which recommences operations from Port Canaveral.
MSC Seashore will come into service in August with voyages in the West Med before the line’s newest flagship transfers in November to Miami, also for a season in the Caribbean.
