On-board credit, wine/dine offer among perks in Princess sale

Pegged to its upcoming 55th anniversary, Princess Cruises rolled out a sale on cruises and cruise-tours to all destinations from summer 2020 to spring 2021. The Anniversary Sale runs through Dec. 10.

Offers include on-board credit based on the cruise length and number of travelers per room. Those booking an interior or ocean-view stateroom will receive up to $400 per room to spend during their cruise. Passengers booking a balcony, mini-suite or suite will get up to $800 per stateroom.

Free room location upgrades give travelers a preferred stateroom location for the lowest fare within their selected room type.

Wine and dinner at a specialty restaurant

A ‘Wine & Dine’ offer provides two free bottles of wine (valued at up to $32 per bottle) per stateroom and dinner at a specialty restaurant for all travelers in the stateroom.

Princess EZair credit

Passengers booking airfare through Princess EZair can get a $100 air credit for Alaska cruises and cruise-tours, $200 for Europe cruises, $100 for summer Caribbean sailings and $200 for Japan voyages.

Examples of Anniversary Sale fares include an Alaska Inside Passage cruise, seven days round-trip from Seattle, priced at $799 per person in an interior stateroom and $1,429 in a balcony room.

A Scandinavia/Russia cruise, 11 days round-trip Copenhagen, is priced at $1,869 per person in an interior room and $2,379 in a balcony accommodation.

British Isles, Mediterranean, Caribbean, Japan

A British Isles cruise with an overnight in Cobh, 12 days round-trip from Southampton, has fares of $1,969 per person in an interior room and $2,579 in a balcony accommodation.

A weeklong Mediterranean cruise from Barcelona to Civitavecchia (Rome) costs $1,429 per person in an interior room and $1,909 in a balcony room.

A weeklong Caribbean sailing round-trip Fort Lauderdale is priced at $699 per person for an interior room and $1,149 in a balcony accommodation.

And a northern Japan spring flowers cruise, nine days round-trip Yokohama, costs $1,377 per person for an interior room and $2,243 in a balcony room.

The sale is available to residents of the US, Canada, Mexico and Bermuda who are at least 21.
