Fuel tankers and cruise ships were among the first to return over the weekend.

Tampa-based Carnival Paradise diverted to PortMiami Friday and gave passengers the option to disembark there and return to Tampa on free shuttles or remain on the ship and sail back to the Gulf Coast. According to AIS data, the ship was due to arrive at Tampa Monday around 10 a.m.

As earlier reported, Royal Caribbean's Serenade of the Seas and Grandeur of the Seas turned around in Tampa on Sunday.

Enchantment of the Seas was alongside early Monday, according to AIS data, and Margaritaville at Sea Islander was close behind.

Tampa, which was in the most direct line of Hurricane Milton last week, is the last of Florida's six cruise homeports to reopen for vessel operations.
