Seven Seas Explorer is heading Down Under in late 2021 after sailings earlier in the year were cancelled
Regent Seven Seas Cruises released its late 2021/early 2022 collection of ‘Close to Home’ sailings in Australia and New Zealand aboard Seven Seas Explorer.

‘With the recent disappointment of cancelling Seven Seas Explorer’s three early 2021 sailings in Australia and New Zealand due to unprecedented global public health challenges, we’re delighted that we will be welcoming the most luxurious ship ever built later in the year and into 2022 with some truly incredible "Close to Home" sailings,’ Lisa Pile, VP Sales Australia & New Zealand, said.

Christmas/New Year

Pile said on December 20, 2021, Seven Seas Explorer will depart Sydney on a 16-night ‘Holiday Down Under’ to some of Australia’s and New Zealand’s most iconic and exotic ports of call.

Itinerary highlights range from the beaches of Sydney to artisan workshops in Burnie, Tasmania, to the waters of New Zealand’s Bay of Islands and the volcanic hills of Akaroa.

Horse-riding expedition

Free unlimited shore excursions include sampling Burnie’s gourmet cheeses and local wines and a horse-riding expedition along the secluded beaches of New Zealand’s Waipu coast.
