Skagen expecting 50 cruise calls this season

The Port of Skagen is set to receive 50 cruise calls this season, so far welcoming 40 vessels and 113,000 passengers.

The calls are from: AIDA Cruises, Albatros Expeditions, Azamara, Celebrity Cruises, Cunard, MSC Cruises, Noble Caledonia, Oceania Cruises, P&O Cruises, Phoenix Reisen, Princess Cruises, Regent Seven Seas, Royal Caribbean International, Saga Cruises, Silversea, TUI Cruises and Viking Cruises. 

Maiden calls

For eight vessels, it will be the first time calling at the Danish port. This includes: AIDA Cruises’ AIDAbella; Albatros Expeditions’ Ocean Albatros; Azamara’s Azamara Onward; Celebrity Cruises’ Celebrity Apex; Cunard’s Queen Anne; Phoenix Reisen’s Amera; Royal Caribbean International’s Caribbean Princess; and Viking’s Viking Star.  

The season draws to a close in late October.

2025 

A representative for the port said, ‘We would hereby like to thank all the cruise lines that have chosen to book visits by their ships at Skagen this season…and we are looking very much forward to welcoming you back to Skagen again in 2025 where the cruise season starts in February.’ 

Skagen will attend Seatrade Cruise Med in Malaga next week, from September 11-12, at Cruise Baltic booth #262.
