Built to reduce impact on the environment, it is located close to three new attractions: the Patarei Sea Fortress, now hosting bars, food trucks, and open-air events; naval museum Seaplane Harbour; and Noblessner, a popular seaside cultural area featuring restaurants, museums, and bars.
