Tradewind Voyages launches 2022/23 Golden Horizon itinerary

Golden Horizon will sail French Polynesia as part of its South Pacific itinerary
Tradewind Voyages’ Golden Horizon will call at 20 countries in 2022/23 and sail itineraries spanning the North Pacific, South Pacific, West Coast America and Antipodes.

The ship will embark on several voyages in Japan throughout May and June 2022, before heading to Alaska via Russia and the Aleutian Islands and on to Canada and the USA. 

It will continue with a series of sailings through Central and South America from August to October 2022, sailing Panama, El Salvador, Nicaragua, Ecuador, Peru and Chile, including Easter Island. 

It will proceed to sail through the Pitcairn Islands to French Polynesia, Tonga, New Caledonia, Vanuatu, Solomon Islands and Fiji. It will spend an extended period of time in Australia and New Zealand in 2023.

Sushi and Shinto Shrines 

Sailing Tokyo to Otaru from June 11-24 June, 2022 the vessel's course through the North Pacific includes skyscrapers, sushi, Shinto shrines, spiritual mountains and the Trans-Siberian Railway. 

Mexico old towns 

The West Coast Americas sailing includes nine nights in Mexico, where passengers will see seascapes, jungle-clad mountains, old towns and beach resorts. It departs San Diego August 10 arriving Acapulco August 19, 2022. 

Polynesian culture

Sailing Papeete - Papeete from 24-31 October, 2022 via various ports of call in Tuamotus and Society Islands, Golden Horizon will cruise French Polynesia as part of its South Pacific itinerary. Passengers will encounter Polynesian culture and coral islands. 

Antipodean Summer

The vessel sails from Auckland via Bay of Islands to Sydney from January 30 to February 5, 2023. Crossing the Tasman Sea, passengers will glimpse Maori traditions, penguins around the Bay of Islands and Cape Reinga. 

Inaugural sailing

The 272-passenger tall ship’s inaugural sailing takes place July 1, 2021.
