Activity during the shutdown
Cruise ships at Portland Port have been able to come alongside a berth for maintenance purposes, loading of stores or the offload of waste, or by using the Port’s passenger pontoon for their tenders to enable crew changes and the important transfer of PCR tests to laboratories.
