The terms of the transaction were not disclosed.
‘Significant’ contracts
According to De Wave, it has been working with the company located in Vazzola ‘due to its great adaptability in various phases of project execution,’ stating that this ‘crucial characteristic will allow it to better manage future orders related to the outfitting of cruise ships and beyond.’
Riccardo Pompili, CEO of De Wave Group, said the move ‘confirms our commitment to progressively expanding the range of products available to our partners.’
He continued, ‘In recent months, we have secured significant contracts for the construction of future ships, requiring top-tier know-how and expertise, as well as a network of partners capable of overseeing all design and execution phases. The addition of Inoxking will therefore allow us to create new synergies, further enhancing our production capacity and efficiency.’
Growth strategy
It marks De Wave’s fourth acquisition since 2022, bringing the group's consolidated revenue to €350m euros and 1,000 direct employees. De Wave’s medium- to long-term external growth strategy involves directly controlling all significant components of the production cycle while preserving and maintaining the expertise of the acquired companies. Over the past couple of years, it has taken control of Tecnavi, Mobil Line and Wingeco.
