 The 100-passenger vessel – the first of two superyachts to join the Emerald Cruises fleet – embarked on its maiden voyage in the Red Sea in mid-March.

Over 80% of the vessel’s 50 deluxe staterooms and suites feature private balconies, and each come equipped with Missoni towels and ESPA amenities – the same luxury line found in the onboard Elements Spa.

The Observation Lounge includes a Dedon MBrace Wing Chair and footstool, as well as L’Object games such as chess and tic tac toe to entertain passengers.

Among the public spaces onboard is the Wellness Centre, which comes complete with Technogym equipment and an infrared sauna.

The vessel comes with Paola Lenti day loungers on its pool deck, as well as Kettal lounge chairs alongside the infinity-style pool offering sweeping views over the ocean. Its marina platform meanwhile offers passengers easy access to watersports and other activities, with SEABOBs plus electric bikes from gocycle.

Itinerary

The vessel is currently sailing an eight-day ‘Mediterranean Enchantment Gems’ itinerary which concludes in Dubrovnik on April 16.  

An eight-day Mediterranean Enchantment sailing departing July 9 calls Kotor, Montenegro, Sarandë, Albania and Kerkira, Corfu, Párga, Cephalonia and Itea Delphi in Greece before transiting the Corinth Canal. Prices start at £3,420 per person.

Emerald Azzurra will be joined by sister vessel Emerald Sakara in February 2023, with itineraries to the Seychelles, Black Sea and Middle East now open.
