KONE has designed, manufactured and installed 10 customized marine elevators on board Silver Spirit, six for passengers and four for crew and service use. The 36,000gt Silver Spirit is the largest ship in Silversea’s fleet with eight decks, and accommodating 540 passengers and crew of 378.

The Giacomo Mortola-designed interior of the the ship, currently sailing her 'Grand Inaugural Voyage' around South America, has an Art Deco theme combined with European styling.
‘The luxury interiors of the KONE passenger elevator cars have been custom designed to be in perfect harmony with the ship and reflect the atmosphere on board,’ says Ari Lehtoranta, evp major projects, KONE. The elevators represent the new generation KONE People Flow Solutions dedicated to cruise ships.
