MSC outlines Splendida dining outlets (updated)

MSC Splendida enters service July 12 in Barcelona with 18 bars and lounges, four restaurants and two buffets. Dining choices range from casual pizza to pan-Mediterranean cuisine.

Provincial food and fine wines are served in L’Enoteca wine bar, while spicy Mexican specialties are on tap in the Santa Fe restaurant. The Bora Bora buffet sports a pizzeria.

Villa Verde offers Italian dishes in a room with a panoramic view. Italian fare is also featured in La Reggia, with seating on two floors.

MSC Splendida’s L’Olivo restaurant is named after the olive tree which has contributed to Mediterranean’s rich and diverse cultures. The menu includes dishes from 15 Mediterranean lands: Algeria, Croatia, Cyprus, Egypt, France, Greece, Israel, Italy, Libya, Morocco, Portugal, Spain, Tunisia and Turkey.

MSC Splendida is the sister to 2008’s MSC Fantasia.
