New dining for AIDAdiva, ice cream bar for AIDAperla, wellness upgrades for both

AIDAdiva emerged from its dry dock at Lloyd Werft with a new alpine restaurant, while AIDAperla's Rotterdam docking added an ice cream bar and other features.

Almhütte restaurant

AIDAdiva's new Almhütte restaurant features alpine specialties and a selection of beers in a cozy mountain hut atmosphere.

The Body & Soul Spa was expanded to include a spacious outdoor relaxation area, and the latest generation of fitness equipment was installed for Cyberobics workouts with international star trainers.

AIDAdiva's Bremerhaven docking was from April 25 to May 12.

The ship is scheduled to embark its first voyage from Warnemünde to the Norwegian Fjords on May 14. AIDAdiva will be sailing to Norway and Denmark as well as to Baltic capitals from Warnemünde until October.

AIDAperla's ice cream bar and Cyberobics

AIDAperla's new ice cream bar will offer creations made onboard and a wide selection of cakes.

The upgraded Body & Soul Organic Spa sports a new Hypoxi Studio for figure shaping and the latest Cyberobics equipment.

The ship's shopping plaza also gained a fashion accessories area for leather goods, handbags and sunglasses.

AIDAperla's three-week docking is scheduled to end May 14.

AIDAperla has undergone a three-week docking in Rotterdam

The ship is to embark its first passengers May 16 in Hamburg. Ten-day cruises to Norway are scheduled throughout the summer.
